Working closely with other health care professionals involved in supporting our client provides an integrated approach to their care and support.

We can help our clients to develop healthy habits such as routines, eating nutritious meals, getting regular exercise, maintaining personal appearance and hygiene, and ensuring medication is taken.  We also encourage social interaction and involvement in the community.

All of this can help to achieve a more stable environment, aiding in recovery or at the very least helping the person to feel more balanced.
